Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) were seen this morning violently dragging a bus driver, who resisted arrest right in the middle of the road at 7up motorways, Oregun in Ikeja area of Lagos.
The bone of contention wasn't revealed, but this kind of scuffle is not new to Lagos as it has become a daily routine.
