This is so heartbreaking. So many will seriously doubt if this little child is from Nigeria - but, yes she is from Gombe. A man has taken to Facebook to share this picture which he calls on well-meaning people to address the matter.

Alhassan Yahya Abdullahi wrote: "This is not Ethiopia, Neither Somalia,this is Nigeria infact in my own state Gombe, This Beautiful child is 2 years old and HIV negative, then you will keep asking what's the problem, it's malnutrition in fact Severe malnutrition, our sincere appeal is to Govt, NGOS, and entrepreneur to come to aid of our dear state from this deadly menace, so help us God".
